In August 2017 I went to the Solomon Islands With World Vision NZ & The Spinoff to capture images for a story on climate change. It was a pretty surreal experience which including me thinking I was going to die on a tiny boat in rough seas (apparently not as dramatic as it felt) and seeing first hand how rising sea levels are affecting villages in remote communities, including those who have had to move to Lord Howe in the capital.
